Computer aided plasma cutting

You can choose from our design base (Catalog) and you can stop by the (Photo Gallery) to see the product installed or if you have a design in mind, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request (additional charges may apply).  E-mail us with your request and some type of rough drawing would help expedite your idea to fruition.

The plasma cutting process, itself, is capable of almost surgical precision.  Today's CNC plasma cutting systems typically use the operator's personal computer to create the shapes to be cut and control the cutting machine.  The resulting shapes are smooth, and can include intricate curves, inside cuts, and sharp corners.

Computer aided Design

With our state of the art software, Unique Boat Products can design almost anything you can imagine (additional charges may apply).  Computer-aided design (CAD) is the use of computer technology for the design of objects, real or virtual.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.

The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin." The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

We can match almost any of your color needs, with over 2000 possible colors to choose from. Our powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as "whiteware", aluminum extrusions, and automobile and bicycle parts and Unique Boating Product parts.
